Are you working on your recital piece? How is the Practice-athon coming along? I am hearing some really good progress from so many of you. I am glad you are working hard during this very busy time of year. Last week, I had a really good trivia question and only 4 answered it? Are you kidding?

December 17, 2010,Friday, 6 p.m. – Studio Christmas Recital – all students participate, if you have a conflict there will be another smaller recital on Saturday, the 18th at 10:00 a.m.
Dec. 20 – December 31, 2010 – No lessons
January 3, 2011 – lessons resume
January 29, 2011, Saturday, 10:30 a.m. – Jazz, Pop, Rock Recital for Student Affiliate students
February 5, 2011 – Whitlock Theory Test (piano only)
February 12, 2011 Sonatina contest and festival at Texas Tech
March 5, 2011, Saturday, 10:30 a.m. – Wee Folk Recital (3rd grade or younger - Student Affiliate
March 12, 2011, Saturday – Pastorale Contest (piano only)
March 14 – 18, 2011 – Spring Break No Lessons
Greater southwest Music Festival around the 1st of May in Amarillo. Please let me know if you want to participate.
May 20, 2011,Friday, 6:30 all students participate
