We are two weeks into the school schedule for most of you. It has been a struggle to accommodate all the activities everyone has, but slowly but surely, we are getting it done. My days are never boring because of the variety of music that you are learning.
I want to remind you to turn in the papers I sent home at your first lesson. I need them so that nothing is left out of your plans. Another reminder is about tuition payment for this month. It is due no later than the 10th of the month to avoid a late charge. I absolutely must know about Student Affiliate this week. If you do not know about it, just call me.
Trivia: This Saturday, Sept. 13th, we celebrate the 200th birthday of the "Star Spangled Banner". The song was written by Francis Scott Key. Who was the famous Texan that Key defended for hitting a U.S. Representative with his cane? Did he win the case?
