I wanted to write a thank you to each family that participated in the spring Festival. Thanks for coming, for participating, for waiting quietly, and for supporting your stressed kids. We had 32 superior ratings, 9 excellent, and 4 very good. The judges were quite complimentary of all of you and that was very nice. Both judges are music teachers and have kind and supportive personalities. I hope you had a good experience too.
There will be a letter going home with your students tomorrow concerning our May 20th recital. I am giving you an opportunity to help me make an important decision. They are due back when the summer schedule letters come back on May 5th.
Final note: Practice is very important. Make a schedule and do everything in your power to keep your commitment to plans.
