More Thoughts and stories about Mozart

Last week some of you actually learned a lot about Mozart by taking the quiz I posted for you. (check it out again) Here are some other things I have read that might interest you: Most of Mozart's travels were by horse and carriage. It was cold, the trips sometimes took weeks, and he was often sick. He married and had six children, only 2 survived. He made good money for his work, but spent without regard to tomorrow. He was always in debt. His wife loved the life of luxury. He used to annoy people with his verses, riddles, and jokes. He died at age 35.
Trivia: When he died, how many of his works had been published? Name the instruments that he could play? (each worth $1)

The theory test is Feb 6th. Sonatina Festival is Feb 13th. Pastorale is approaching like a freight train, so have you been practicing.
