I wonder how many of you are practicing more this weekend. It is a sure thing that you don't have many outside activities to do. Rain is the subject of many musical compositions, so everyone goes through this. I like it, up to a point, but my raingauge has collected more than 8 inches in the past few days. My garden and grass and (weeds) will love it.
I love Enya's music and here is a link to a great video. I hope you enjoy it. Copy and paste if necessary.

Some poems people wrote for last week are below. April is national poetry month.
MY SPRING SONG BY Kaleigh
Spring! Spring! it's finally here
It makes me want to shout and cheer!
Now the snow is gone,
It's time to say farwell. So long.
The birds and bees pollinate flowers
And dont' forget those occasional showers
I'm always happy when spring arrives
It lightens up everybody's lives.
SPRINGTIME by Ryan
Day and night blooming trees
Flower's pollen makes me sneeze
Birds fly in to make nests in trees
Springtime is the time for me.
THE SIGNS OF SPRING By Elizabeth and Mom
Trees have buds
And nests that chirp
Flowers push up
From the brown dirt
Hens lay eggs
And then start setting
In twenty one days
Produce puff balls for petting
Clouds float by
With Sweet raindrops
Watering the grass
Where the bunny hops
Spring is here
Let's all cheer.
Trivia: (worth $2) Who made "Have you Ever Seen the Rain?" famous and in what year?
