The recital will be divided into two parts: The first group should arrive at 12:45 for a picture and to be seated. The second group should arrive by 2:00 for pictures. I am asking that noone leave during each recital session unless it is an emergency. That is very distracting to parents and performers. Also, please refrain from talking loudly with your companions.You are welcome to attend both performances. The reception will be held outside, weather permitting, at the conclusion of the second recital. Everyone is welcome to participate and bring goodies.
As you look over this group, check that I have not left you out and that you are in the correct recital.
If plans have changed, I must know before Monday, May 15th.
