Easter ranks as high with me as Christmas! It is a day that you can go to church, have a nice meal and relax with family and not worry about much of anything. I hope it was a good day for all of you.
Have you noticed the different music in places you go and how it makes you feel? Recently, I have added a Roku system to my televsion. Yes, some of you think I am very behind the times. That's okay. Anyway, I chose several music stations that I like and added them to Pandora. I am pretty versatile---I listen to Celtic Woman, Yiruma, Josh Groban, Classical radio, The Beatles, Dolly Parton, Mark Lowery, George Beverly Shea, Jim Brickman, Gabriella Aapri, and others. I mentioned my selections to my children and they pointed that my choices were not the same as theirs. No matter what kind of music you choose, it does move your spirit in a special way. It reminds you of people and events that are meaningful. I told a student that sometimes I even pay attention to the music played in the grocery store.
Wouldn't it be terrible if there was no music anywhere?
