Our spring recital will be Friday, May 18, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at Redbud Baptist Church, 801 Slide Road. This will give students the opportunity to show family and friends an example of their many accomplishments during the year. There will be awards for Pastorale, theory, Sonatina, etc given at the conclusion of performances. The recital will probably last about 2 hours.
With all the activities going on at this time of the year, I will try to accommodate your schedule if you will let me know whether you need to be early and later in the program. It will be a great time to see what everyone is learning and I encourage you to make time for a special event.
We will share refreshments together with a brief reception and fellowship. You always do a terrific job in contributing to this. I will bring the punch. I appreciate all of the work you and the students have done this year. It makes everything a worthwhile enjoyable experience.
