All of Us are Busy

I hope that all of you who are preparing for the theory test are really working.  I have graded books this week and found that some of you are very prepared, others are not. If you are a 4th grader or higher, this is not the year to get lazy.  You need to stay on top of the studying.
Hymn Festival preparation is progressing and students sound very nice.  The festival judges will appreciate this.  Some of you are only working on your regular lesson assignment and  theory for the week.  that is important too.  You will find that I have no problem in passing out many activities.  I just want you to realize how to manage your time.  I have been reminded  that "you do have school work."  I know that.  I also have other things besides piano to occupy my days.

On Wednesday, October 17, the latest little grandchild was added to my family.  He is a sweet little boy and his brother and sister loves him to pieces.  Those who had lessons scheduled on Wednesday were notified that I was busy with a new baby and a house-full of company.  I appreciate your cooperation.  I seldom cancel, but this time, it was well worth it.

The sticker contest is getting interesting.  Bethany has been in the lead, but now she has a strong competitor named Ashley.  Several will earn that first gift card before Christmas.
Trivia question for this week:   Number of stickers depends upon how the question is answered.
A famous artist born on October 25
A famous French composer born October 25
A famous composer of waltzes born on October 25
Then give one accomplishment that makes them important to history.
