Prepare for the End of the Year

I started to tell you how many years I have prepared for the last day of school, but decided you might faint.  I love school to start, but more than anything, I love it to end. So many plans are being made for the summer months.  Many of you are going to school all summer.  Some are going to camp, and a few of you are taking trips and vacations. However you spend your time this summer, I hope it will be a good time.  Honestly, I can not wait to turn the chapter of May, 2013 over to the part that says "THE END." I also hope it says, "and they lived happily ever after."

Thank you all for coming to the recital and performing on Saturday.  So much was happening that day and you still came to be a part of our group. I wish I had been able to take a picture of everyone, but you were coming and going the whole time.  I appreciate all the parents and grandparents that came too. We need all of you to be our cheerleaders.

This will be our final week for lessons until June 17th.  I will send your schedule either by email, or tell you at your lesson time.  The ensemble groups need to really work hard so that convention performances will be terrific and well-prepared.

This is only 26 of the 44 who played.  Beautiful, handsome group!
