Rainy days and Mondays

It is hard to believe how much rain we have had in Lubbock during the past 11 days.  I hope that the sun shines tomorrow and makes me warmer. I appreciate all of you who are faithfully keeping your practice records.  This is just one more way of making you accountable for yourselves and the work you do. There are so many types of music that I hear during a week. Some I have never heard before and others YOU have never heard before.
Most students who are working on hymns have begun to learn them.  Everyone seems well on their way.
Don't forget your computer assignments.  More are showing up on the high score boards.  That is fun!  I like seeing Lubbock on there.
Trivia:  There are many many songs about rain. Can you name these "rainy songs" from the clues?
1. Which rain song talks about a guy whose feet are too big for his bed?
2. Which song tells of a person who has rain in his state and makes him feel like it's raining all over the world?
3.  Even though rain may make some feel sad and gloomy,  one famous rain song is very opposite.  What does this song suggest you might do?

Come on folks, if you do not listen to these and try to find the answers you have missed a good thing.
