Those of you not in the festival should be working on recital pieces for our December 12th recital. This is a busy time and we all have to stay well and rested.
The schedule for Friday afternoon, November 6th. Go to 8504 Trenton Ave. It is just off Upland and 85th Street to the east. Be very sure you have your music for the judge and a copy for yourself. I will provide your rating sheet at your lesson to take with you. Arrive a few minutes early if possible to not delay the judging.

Saturday, Margaret Talkington School 415 N. Ivory Ave. It is near Estacado High School, off MLK Blvd. From the north loop turn south and go to Ivory Ave, Turn to the west (right). You should be able to see it from there. I know we are in room D, but since I have never been there either, That is all I can say. Be sure you take your music and a copy of each song for yourself. No exceptions here. I bring your rating sheet that morning.

Those who are in levels IV--VIII and receive a superior rating will be invited to play on Sunday afternoon at the recital at Oakwood Methodist Church. Practice hard, do your very best.
